Commitment 

We're fully dedicated to supporting you and ask that you bring the same level of commitment to us. We encourage you to set aside focused time for your training with minimal distractions, allowing you to gain the maximum benefit. That said, we’re all human, and mistakes may occasionally happen. If they do, we kindly request that all communication be approached with a respectful and considerate tone. We are committed to extending the same courtesy to you.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

In order to provide our clients with a high-quality experience, we have a clear refund policy. Refunds are not available for services, courses, projects, or training programs. We appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy.

Transfers

If you enroll in a coaching or mentoring program but later decide it isn’t the right time or fit, you can transfer your spot to a friend or colleague as a thoughtful gift. Transfers are available up until the first class or project session. Just email us at info@sarikasingh.in before the first class, and we’ll ensure the enrolment is transferred.

Delivery/ Shipping

As of now, we do not have any physical products to deliver or ship. When you book an appointment or schedule na coaching, it is delivered instantly at the designated time displayed at the time of booking. 

Communication

We prefer all communications via email to maintain clarity and transparency, avoiding any potential misunderstandings. Thank you for honoring this request.

Working Hours

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm IST (excluding National Holidays). We aim to respond to emails within two business days and appreciate your patience.
