This intensive communication skill workshop is equally recommended for Hiring Managers/ HR professionals so that they can polish up to conduct engaging interviews via effective questions. You get trained on how to prevent unconscious bias, get the best candidates for the role and learn to identify non-verbal cues from strangers during the entire hiring/ interviewing process.

We cover everything from- dealing with the nerves, making your research count, anticipating key questions, creating a positive first impression, what to wear, using your voice, getting to grips with interview questions, brilliant questions to ask the interviewer, handling goof ups & different types of interviews, successful telephone and video interviews, leaving a positive impression, mock interviews, follow ups, and more. This training workshop is ideal if you are likely to have an important job interview sometime soon. We keep the numbers of attendees small in our training programs, so that you collaborate but receive plenty of personal coaching.
